Reservation Cancellation/Late Arrival PolicyThe following policies apply only to special events that require reservations: 1. You must give 2 days notice of cancellation for any event you have registered for, but will not be attending. Notice can be given by sending an e-mail to info@whitetigergaming.com, posting under the appropriate topic in the White Tiger Forums, or calling 724-353-8118. 2. All reservations are considered null and void if you are over 30 minutes late for an event. After 30 minutes, we will begin assigning vacant seats on a first come, first served basis or using a waiting list if one was made for the event. 3. If you are a no show or fail to give 2 days notice of cancellation for any 2 events for which you have registered, you will not be allowed to reserve seats in advance for any future event. You may still attend on a first come, first served basis if there are any openings. |
