LAN Party Pricing and Information

Want to hold your own LAN party, but don't want to go through the trouble of finding a place and setting everything up? We can host your LAN party for you! We'll take care of all the hassles, so all you have to do is show up on the day of the party.

To get started, just send an e-mail to info@whitetigergaming.com with the following information at least 4 weeks prior to your desired date (6 weeks if you want to get sponsors for the event):
1. Your name, phone number, and e-mail address
2. The day and times you want
3. A name for the LAN party
4. The games you want to feature (if any)
Note: You must have at least 10 confirmed attendees if the LAN party is scheduled outside our normal hours (20 if it goes past 3:00 AM). There is no minimum if the LAN party is being held during our regular hours.

Included:
1. Web page with LAN party name and details
2. Power and LAN/Internet connectivity for 24 BYOC stations
3. Dedicated game server (Can host any game available on White Tiger computers)
4. 16 Rental computers available for LAN attendees

Services we perform:
1. Registration of the party on major LAN party listings (LANParty.com, etc.)
2. Help getting sponsors for prizes (if desired)
3. Food and beverage sales during LAN
4. In store and mailing list promotion
5. Maintenance of the sign-up list
6. Cash management

What you need to do after confirming the date and time:
1. Contact sponsors for prizes (if desired)
2. Tell people about it and get them to sign up
3. Show up and have fun

Costs: (based on Saturday or Sunday, 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM, costs for other days/times may vary)
1. $7 for everyone bringing their own computers (Some peripherals may be rented if desired)
2. $20 for everyone renting a computer (16 stations available)
3. Any additional fees you want to add for food, drinks, etc.

If you're impatient and just can't wait, you can have an informal LAN party any time we are open. Just grab a group of friends and come on down. Our low, all day rates make it affordable to have a pick up party any time. If there will be 6 or more people with you, please give us a call at 724-353-8118 before you arrive so we can make sure everything is ready for you.
